I have a "hands on" construction background in new and remodel home building from property or home purchase through home selling.  In addition Real Estate Investment bookkeeping has given me exposure to fix, flip or hold and different methods of property procurement.  This diverse exposure to homes has given me a variety of ideas of what someone can have in mind when deciding to list their home for prospective buyers.  For those making a home purchase I am thinking what inventory is available that may meet the needs and desires of my buyer.  I hold myself to a high standard of ethics and am a open, frank communicator.
